Contributors

HOW is a contributor-based organization. Certification fees cover 100% of the costs of the organization.  There would be no HOW without our contributors and their commitment.

Lifetime Contributors

Our Lifetime contributors are people that understand the value and benefit of marathon swim governing organizations and actively participate in the give-and-take the sport demands. Contributors can include founders, observers, volunteers, and swimmers.  Lifetime contributors are encouraged to create swim courses to be considered for certification by HOW.

Member Benefits

General contributors enjoy free online certification and a professionally prepared certificate of swim completion (pdf form) at a reduced cost for swims completed during the year of contribution only.  Lifetime contributors enjoy free unlimited online certification and professionally prepared certificates of swim completion (pdf form) at reduced costs.
